Commissioning

D&K’s commissioning team supports successful, long-term, high-performing facilities. Our licensed commissioning agent and support staff conduct commissioning (Cx) and retro-commissioning (RCx) services for a broad range of projects from conceptual design to post-system and occupant verification based on ASHRAE standards and client-specific requirements.

D&K’s Cx system experience ranges from HVAC and DDC controls to electrical and includes both specialty systems and renewable energy installations. We have the forensic capabilities to deliver Cx or RCx services that keep building systems functioning at high performance levels. We also provide RCx services for periodic system verification and controls functionality to maintain top performance, which includes operation and training guidelines.
