Construction Contract Administration

DuBois & King provides construction contract administration for projects designed by the firm and for projects designed by others to support municipal, federal, state, institutional, and commercial clients. We operate as liaison with the owner, design team, and contractor to obtain contractor adherence to the project design, schedule, and budget.

Our construction administrators monitor project schedules, attend substantial completion/final inspections, and facilitate project communications; they review contractor payment requests and submittals, respond to requests for information (RFIs), and prepare as-built drawings.
