DuBois & King provided wetland delineation, design, and permitting services for a new, 11-acre municipal office building site on municipally-owned land along Sunderland Hill Road and Pit Road. The one-story municipal office building is approximately 3,000 sf with on-site water and wastewater disposal. Firm engineers developed alternative site plans, coordinated with the state and federal regulators, and developed a preliminary site plan that met the town’s needs and satisfied wetland regulations.

Prior to D&K’s involvement, the Town completed and permitted a 167-gallon-per-day, on-site mound wastewater disposal system. The location of the building changed to avoid wetland impacts, so D&K revisited the wastewater system design and the proposed well location to determine if an amended permit was warranted or required.
