Randolph, Vermont
Project initiated by Randolph Area Community Development Corporation with assistance from the Hartland Group. Redevelopment of an approximately 3.5-acre downtown site off Salisbury Street and a one acre site off of School Street in Randolph, separated by a steep bank. The three components of the project consist of rental apartments, historic rehabilitation, and for sale homes. The Salisbury Square buildings are required to be five star energy rated and LEED rated, utilizing green construction modular units and complying with current State stormwater regulations for new, existing, and redeveloped impervious surface areas.
