Multidiscipline services for the fast-track design and construction of a world class, 685-acre manufacturing campus. D&K was responsible for all civil/site services. Converted environmentally/archeological sensitive agricultural land into a large environmentally friendly industrial site. D&K provided planning, permitting, design, and construction phase services for the site, utilities, and roadway access. The project required design of an innovative, rapid-build bridge to replace an at-grade railroad crossing. Services included:
