Evaluation of Leighton Way Pump Station

Performed an evaluation of the existing sewer ejector station on Leighton Road to determine a design flow and the limitations of the various system components, including forcemain capacity and the potential to convert the existing steel can to a wetwell. City goals were to eliminate existing space issues and to modernize the wastewater pumping station. Provided two alternatives for pump station improvements and associated cost estimates. Scope of services included assistance in preparing NHDES application for funding, assessment of wastewater flows, identification of improvements and permit requirements, and preparation of a summary report.
