DuBois & King (D&K) provided construction administration and observation services for the installation of new water, sewer, stormwater, phone, cable, and power utilities to serve a new neighborhood within the South Ridge development. Our team reviewed the stormwater collection and treatment systems for compliance with the project permits and state rules. 

D&K assisted with Act 250, as well as wastewater system and potable water supply permit amendments, to facilitate value-engineering improvements to the water and sewer designs in another section of the South Ridge neighborhood.
