The City of Montpelier needed to replace a 12-ft-high by 70-ft-long retaining wall located within several feet of a home and serving a low-volume residential road. D&K provided survey, civil, geotechnical, and structural engineering and permitting to replace the metal bin wall with a modular concrete block wall system. We also provided bid and construction phase services through to the completion of the project.
