Since their construction, Burlington’s largest parking garages had deteriorated, and the city’s operational requirements had evolved. The city also sought to reduce the frequent maintenance activities required to operate the facilities. D&K’s Resident Project Representative provided full-time construction observation and coordination with the city, design engineer, contractors, and subcontractors for improvements to two parking garages: a four-level, 460-slip garage and a five-level, 400-slip garage.
