The New Hampshire Army National Guard required commissioning for the mechanical, DDC controls, plumbing, and electrical systems for a new 26,000-SF facility. D&K provided all phases of Cx activities, from pre-design OPR development for the Owner, Cx specifications, Cx Plan development, continuing through full design phase Cx activities, including multi-stage design reviews and issues log tracking. During the construction phase, D&K provided full system testing of all MEP systems, including the HVAC specialty ventilation systems comprising air-coiled heat pump loops, radiant slab heat, and gas detector (CO/NOx) response ventilation. Our team also commissioned specialty systems, including dedicated vehicle exhaust hose reel systems, pressurized lubrication distribution and dispensing systems, and a solar PV collection and metering system.
