Piscataquog River Park Rehabilitation

For a wide-ranging park expansion and redevelopment effort, Manchester’s Parks, Recreation, and Cemetery Division selected D&K as a partner to perform detailed site analyses of multiple schools, recreational areas, and other properties, including rehabilitation of the Piscataquog River Park. D&K provided planning, design, and construction administration services for the realignment of the entry roadway, a new parking lot for 125 vehicles, two regulation-size soccer fields, one junior-size soccer field, one regulation-size baseball field, walkways connecting the various fields to parking areas, a concession building, restrooms, and a pedestrian bridge.
