D&K’s MEP team developed construction drawings and specifications and performed site visits and construction administration services for this $12M project. The project consisted of reception areas, waiting rooms, exam rooms, dilation spaces, procedure rooms, lab spaces, nurse pods, offices, conference rooms, break rooms, staff lockers, restrooms, and building support spaces. The electrical design consisted of power, lighting, lighting controls, site lighting, fire alarm system, telephone and data, card access control, nurse call system, and emergency generator and distribution. The mechanical and plumbing design consisted of domestic water, waste and vent, medical gas, HVAC distribution, mechanical piping, boilers, pumps, natural gas piping, rooftop units, condensing units, and exhaust fans. This project was designed to LEED standards and has been LEED Certified.
