NEPA EA,  NH National Guard Training Site

The New Hampshire Army National Guard (NHARNG) prepared the New Hampshire National Guard Training Site (NHNGTS) Site Development Plan to analyze how best to meet training objectives. Preparation of an Environmental Assessment (EA) was necessary to satisfy NEPA requirements for implementing the Site Development Plan. D&K performed the EA, assessing the individual and cumulative effects of two alternatives: the Preferred Alternative (implementation of the goals listed in the NHNGTS Site Development Plan, including installation of ranges and training facilities) and the No Action Alternative, which determined there would be no significant adverse impact.
