HVAC Energy Study for Five Buildings

The project goal was to consider Energy Reduction Measures (ERMs) in the following buildings: fire station, public works, police station, Airport Parkway water treatment facility office/lab at Airport Parkway, and the Bartlett Bay Road water treatment facility office/lab. D&K reviewed the building control systems, investigated energy usage and reduction opportunities, developed opinions of construction costs, and provided a list of qualified contractors. D&K provided the city with a report highlighting findings and results.
