Cambridge Greenway

Jeffersonville, Cambridge, Vermont | Lamoille County Planning Commission

Currently, the Greenway Trail “loop” requires two uncontrolled crossings of VT 108, traveling along the edges of roads, and traversing unofficial trails on private property. D&K developed a scoping study to extend the Greenway Trail to create a loop for pedestrians and cyclists through the Village of Jeffersonville to provide safer access to key destinations. The Town Trails Committee identified a preliminary route concept, and the Lamoille County Planning Commission (LCPC) funded a stormwater management study that includes portions of the route. D&K worked with the town and LCPC and used both of these studies to identify design alternatives for trail connections.
