DuBois & King is 100 percent employee owned and is governed by a management team and Board of Directors exclusively comprising D&K professionals. All employees have a stake in the success and reputation of our company, which leads to a client-focused culture and a commitment to high-quality services. We provide opportunities for professionals who have a passion for their disciplines and look to grow professionally in a collaborative environment.

Following one year of service, every D&K employee is eligible to enroll in the D&K Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), becoming an employee-owner by steadily earning shares of D&K company stock. The D&K ESOP is a long-term profit-sharing plan that, over time, provides equity wealth growth and benefits to employee participants at no financial cost to them. Every employee-owner’s high-quality and thoughtful work will produce long-term profits that benefit everyone within the ESOP.
