Located near the I-89 and I-91 junction, White River Toyota sought to upgrade its dealership lot by adding 359 parking spaces, an internal-use vehicle fueling station, and a vehicle wash facility. D&K provided multidisciplinary design of water distribution, sewer and stormwater collection systems, stormwater treatment and detention pond, parking surfaces, internal sidewalks and connections planned to municipal sidewalks, public and private roads, lighting, landscaping, and a traffic impact analysis.

Our project team provided permitting and environmental services to address local, Act 250, wastewater, water, and stormwater regulations. We also developed a soil management plan for contaminated soils.
