Following one year of service, every D&K employee becomes an Employee-Owner by steadily earning shares of D&K company stock through the D&K Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The D&K ESOP is a long-term profit-sharing plan which, over time, provides equity wealth growth and benefits to employee participants at no financial cost to them. Every Employee-Owner’s high-quality and thoughtful work will produce long-term profits that benefit everyone within the ESOP.
